Kids loved watching the prarie dogs come out of their holes and chirp at them they especially enjoyed watching the baby ones

There's no prarie dogs here for the kids to chase but they do have great cappacinnos and chocolate crissonts

Cocina de la Serena if it was up to me ..... I would have gone here ever night is was amazing! The atmophere was over the top with Mexican Classical music and irls and fancy mermaid decor on the walls.

Shrimp cocktail with a French 75 or Hibiscus Margarita and Virgin hibiscus margaritas for the kids- they are amazing more tart the sweet

NY Steak with Chili Rellano (seriously the best chilie rellano I have ever had

Salmon with mushooms potatoes and pesto perfectly seasoned - even the kids enjoyed the mushrooms

*paired with a bottle of Tenuta di arceno Chianti classic 2018

Kids Chicken and Veggies huge portion tender chicken and zucchini tasted like it was sautéed in butter

Strawberry Pancakes - they are definielty made from scrath and are served with salted whipped butter and maple syrup

Bacon- their bacon nice thickness and slightly smokey

waitresses are really good and fun laid back atmosphere

Food is classic greasy diner- hubby liked it...

Playgrounds

Although there were lots of playgrounds that came up on google maps ... we did not have good luck at the playgrounds

We checked out Mae Simmons but kids had to use the restroom and didn't see any community ones so we drove past a crusty old gas station and attempted to use the bathroom at Sonic which i did not know they do not have public bathrooms but now we know.... drove back to crusty gas station for a slightly traumatic bathroom experience...

Adventure Park

We're not the type of family that loves arcades but we did enjoy mini golfing and our 5 & 6 year old got to drive bumper boats for their first time...only lasted for 4 minuited but was definitely their favorite part!
